What the city indicators do
Development relates to food income, flood control to disasters, commerce to gold income, technology to available equipment, and popular support to tax income. Together, these indicators support a city’s growth and resources.
What appointed officers do
You can appoint officers to agriculture, commerce, industry, and public order. An officer’s relevant abilities influence the effectiveness of the assigned field.
What construction adds
Construction adds a visual management layer where buildings can be placed, removed, or upgraded. Buildings are grouped by resource, economic, military, and support roles.
The server checks the current city state and required conditions again before applying a construction command.
